Adult Sunday School Fellowship & Joy Class: Parlor (1st Floor) This adult class of mature adults, singles, and couples follows the International Lessons Series published each quarter by Cokesbury. This series helps adults focus on the Word of God as it relates to personal, family, church, and community concerns. Class contact: Anneliese Jones, 798-7317 Boice Class: Room 10 (2nd Floor) This class, for adults of all ages, uses lectionary based Bible study linking scripture to life. Each week, we study the lectionary scriptures for that Sunday. Class discussions stimulate thinking about the relevance of scripture to our lives and challenge us to put scripture into practice. Class contact: Dave Stoakley, 798-3283 Informal Bible Study: Moreland Room (1st Floor) Using the Serendipity Bible, this class is studying the Bible at a snail’s pace with side roads wherever they take us. This relaxed small group discusses each chapter thoroughly and applies the verses to modern day life. Class contact: Rhonda Lacoss, 798-3098 Wesley Class: Fellowship Hall This class is made up of adults of all ages, most of which have children ranging from elementary to college age and beyond. This class explores characteristics that must be visible in our daily lives to show the world that we are Christians and what that means to our daily lives and situations.
